    Yes even the phone is too heavy some days! And reading is too hard! I turn on an audiobook and wear earpods and they also double as earplugs lol.
    Also a phone ring helps a lot, to not drop my phone

    I've got the same teddy just a diffrent doggo, I put mine in the freezer and it works as a ice pack

  6. I need a teddy and an eye mask ! Did you ever try essential oils? When i feel groggy in the morning i love defusing peppermint because it just wakes me up and makes the brain fog better. Memory loss for me is the worse thing, i can't seem to remember a lot when i have bad brain fog so i enjoy citrus oils !

    This was a great video! Really need to get myself an eye mask! Especially now it’s so much lighter and brighter all the time! Also need a freezable eye mask, I only recently discovered the wonders of a cold compress for head pressure, migraines and eye strain!
