1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all provinces and territories across Canada without exception. All orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in Ontario, Canada.
2. Order Processing & Order Cut-Off Time

Order Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders are processed and packed for shipment within 24 hours of payment verification.

Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends/Canadian holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped via standard ground delivery service. Transit times are estimated based on proximity to our Ontario dispatch hub.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been packaged and dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique carrier tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s portal.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Missing Shipments

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Classier Inc. due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, our team will reach out upon receipt.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your shipment experiences a significant delay or tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please notify us at sales@classier.ca within 7 days so we can open an investigation.
